I meet my clients with the intention to deeply understand their lived experience and their life goals without judgement. Having lived through numerous traumatic transitions in my own life, having grappled with my own core beliefs and spiritual foundations, I show up authentically and compassionately for my clients. I speak Russian and German fluently, am a professional artist specializing in printmaking, a wife and mother of two, and a mental healthcare provider in private practice (as distinct from my psilocybin work). I teach at Changa Institute, speak at conferences and give interviews, and I wrote a book about my psilocybin work ("In Lucid Color: Witnessing Psilocybin Journeys" available on Amazon). I enjoy reading (science fiction, philosophy and science non-fiction mostly) and love plants. I have appreciation for the complexity of the human condition and how multi-faceted emotional and spiritual pain can be. Pragmatically, working with me looks as follows. Our first contact is usually through email, followed by a phone call or video conference meeting where I answer any questions and help you figure out if a psilocybin experience is right for you, when the right time for the experience might be, and if I am a good fit for you. When you are ready to schedule your journey, we discuss further details and reserve a room at a licensed service center. I live and prefer to work in Central Oregon and have great working relationships with the licensed service center in my community. We will continue to connect virtually or in person before your journey as you need, and we will meet in person the day before your journey at your chosen service center. By then, we will have completed all required consent paperwork. The service center and I will collect payment for services then. We will have discussed the dosage and type of product I recommend as being best for your experience that you buy from the service center. I will be with you on the day of your journey and support your process as we will have discussed in our preparation conversations. I try to create the experience that matches your temperament, your beliefs and your goals. Every session is different because every client is different. What remains the same is my genuine caring presence and a strict adherence to state-required safety regulations. The day following your journey, we will meet again in person, typically for 1-2 hours, for integration. I will remain available to you afterwards as needed. Some of my clients have maintained contact with me for several years, checking back in periodically. Some people move on after a couple of integration conversations following their journey. Please reach out to me through my website when you are ready.
