There are many types of altered states. Psychedelic experiences, meditation, dreams, deep emotional processes, and significant life events all have the potential to transform us. Some we intentionally seek, while others arrive unexpectedly. If you are seeking support from someone who understands, I would be honored to walk beside you for this part of your journey. A winding personal path has shaped my approach and offerings. My professional training includes psychedelic coaching, mindful living and meditation, harm reduction and peer support. My lived experience includes home birth, family support and childcare. I am passionate about community building and I have continued educational interest in end of life psychedelic care and full spectrum doula work. My personal interests include volunteering, reading, journaling, deconstructing oppressive systems, seeing everything as art, and napping.
